Free Portal = Free SDK Base?

Since Portal is free till the 24th, does this mean that until the 24th the source SDK Base is free?

That would mean that until the 24th, Fortress Forever is completely free. Tell your friends?

Negative, you do not get Source SDK base with Portal.
Also Portal is running off of Source 2009.

I asked my friend who downloaded portal if he got Source SDK Base, he said no.
