what blue is that. seems VERY blue like: R0 G0 B255
other than that it's looking great. probably not worth tweaking yet though.. always looks a bit different in game once you've got normal/bump maps etc

Since I can't get the thing out of Gmax, I'm going the lazy way and building it in Hammer and running it through Propper. Here's the current progress, including temporary explosives that'll be replaced by detpacks later |

What formats can Gmax save to? You can send it to me and I'll export it from 3ds max.
You know, if you're a student you can get Softimage, 3DS Max, or Maya free for a year. EDIT: also if Gmax can save to .obj, you can compile from that instead of .smd. Last edited by Crazycarl; 11-25-2010 at 05:17 AM. |

I want to try to get a dev map converted over to payload for testing, Bridget, did you figure out a way to have the cart move at different speeds depending on how many people are nearby?

70% of the wip maps never happen : p, but ye i wish it was finished some diferent gametypes would be fun

I finished the Lua for this gamemode a long time ago (actually, the next day after this post). No one committed to making a map for it, though, so I just dropped the project.
