A custom deathbeep sound.
It is Konata from Lucky Star saying "Good job!" Download Place the file named 'deathbeep9.WAV' in THIS directory \SourceMods\FortressForever\sound\player\deathbeep Open Fortress Options, select the Sound tab, and choose 'deathbeep9' as your death beep.
