I wanna say thanks to PoC (Marxist) and Elmo for starting this map. But I have taken over and wanted to share what I have as of right now. So here are the previews: These are of just inside the base. Here's the entrance to the spawn. And the spawn.. The tunnel leading to the button and the flagroom. I couldn't get a good picture of the U hall with the ele so... This is the start of the flagroom. I hope you all like it so far. I will continue to post pictures and comments when I do more.

yeah gj on the displacements You might already know this: If you wanna sort out the texture stretching you need to chop up the displacements into relatively even, relatively small, sized blocks around the corners. I think I started doing it in some places to get more 'defined' corners, I think the left side of the ramp leading into the tunnel is an example of it. I deleted the vmf the other day now you've been working on it Learnt a few other tricks while doing warpath which are worth passing along. Joining 3 edges to 4 edges always useful and good at making it look not so flat (though it's easy to get texture stretching on this if it's by a corner): Code:

Here's a few new pictures.
Here is the new flagroom look. Here is the T to the flag Here are the tunnels leading to the sec button and the flagroom. YES I KNOW IT'S DARK. IT'S A TUNNEL IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE. Obviously some cool cruise control right there. I am now working on the water way into the base and the yard. So I'll have some more pics in the next week

Sorry for the delay of pictures or updates I've been working on it in small fragments. But it will be done very soon! Here is a picture of the bridge being constructed. I'm still unsure if I like the design.
All that is left to do is the bridge, yard/water, and the water entrance and then it's ready for a test.

So I got the vmf from my laptop and started working on this again. I saw that the other hollow was released and got bad reviews from people so maybe this one will change their minds. Here is what I have done so far. It is pretty close to being done.
I am thinking about changing that water's look and I can't decide if I want to do some crazy wall thing like mushy does for his maps (ex. prop) Can a mod also rename the thread FF_Hollow_N

No problem.
Although, I must admit I like the "rock walls" between bases, rather than the "half constructed" look in the last pic you posted. That's just my POV... I'm one of those people who likes the look of "two bases built within the terrain", rather than a seemingly terraformed area to create the bases. You're the mapper, so whatever you're happy with.
