Maybe my eyes have been fried but doesnt that look kind of new? The pics looks more like paintings than ingame screenshots. Grainy and melancholic. Relaxing and intense. I love the orange, even if im afraid it could cause a slight nautia looking at it to much ingame. I love how the orange light casts on the water surface, more of that. But the light blue line that runs along the water surface in the same pic doesnt look right, anyway to soften that? Looks like you are trying to push some limit in source looks and playing around with compile and light settings. When mixing that orange intense sky with much less intense looking textures something interesting happens.
It's time to frame some great map pics and put them on my wall. Great work Tyrant. I leave comments about playability to others . |

Well thanks. Yes I like the map too. It's very clean detail but the sky makes everything pop. The way it reflects off the metal trim the way it reacts with the water. I am very pleased with the outcome and it just screams PLAY ME.

You could maybe add some curves in there to make it look even better. I'm not saying curves are better than straight walls all the time but I think it should work great with a mix of both. I mean, there's probably no easier place to build wicked curves than in a conc map so why not exploit that.
