Wrong. As I think a dev posted before, The Bitch About Updates thread is nothing more than a pain in the ass, even made him not want to make the video. So I think the thread did more harm then done, lets leave it at that.

The way it turned out it deserved to be closed.
If people cant go without one day of saying stuff like "pleaz update omgz!!11", which is not helpful in any way to anyone, they shouldnt post at all.

If I was on the devteam and saw that thread it would too make me lose interest in trying to get things done faster - cant understand how people think this might be inspirational in any way.

It wasn't meant to be inspirational at all. It was a place to dump all the "why hasn't there been any updates?" posts. Back when that thread was started there were at least a couple different threads getting started a day regarding it. Course in the past month or 2 it has just been a place to spam stuff.

Anyways, I'm upset that the BAUT was closed. It gave a lot of people a chance to say whats on their mind and in regards to devs getting behind in their work because of it... ROFL. You don't have to open the thread. I mean, you're looking at it all wrong anyways. All those people bitching isn't a bad thing, its good that so many people care.
