I imagine every company has its own version of this and none of it is really shocking to anybody but I can't wait for AOL's response as this is basically the smoking gun everyone dreamed of.

If anything this is pretty interesting, also I'm sure it can come handy as it's likely many patterns explained in this manual are used by many companies.

I hate aol, and anybody who has AOl has less security more spam email slower email and can't look at porn.

Actually, I did cancel an AOL subscription once. It took like 20 minutes tops. Only 5 of that was on the phone.

Everybody knows AOL is a bunch of scam artist, AOL gave me a big virus when I downloaded 1 of thier games The virus was so bad it took 20 minutes just to start up windows xp.

They don't make games They just try to get free deals with other little company's. I was so stupid to download off of the site the site AOL had linked to it was freegames.com.

well shit.....Injecting Personality Through Voice Tone.....if I'm calling from the damn US, give me someone who speaks english from the US, don't redirect me to fucking India to someone who english isn't their primary language. I'm so glad my AOL days are over. My internet days began with the free ad banner ISP's to AOL, to Walmart Connect (exactly the same as AOL but cheaper) to cable, and now with Verizon DSL (which by far is the greatest, I always had problems with my cable dropping out on me in the middle of the damn afternoon about once every 2-3 weeks for about an hour a day).
