Ok time to reveal this one.
I had flagroom ready but as some of you know my harddrive went for early retirement while I was in sauna so all my work was gone, now, what would you like to bee chainged or added to this map? You may suggest theme and time of day and stuff like that. Last edited by o_donny; 06-18-2006 at 01:16 PM. |

I never played the tfc version, but the original was probably the best-paced qwtf map. It was completely indoors, and I don't think you can really change that, but windows on the outside walls of the upper hallways and even in the ramprooms could be cool. But there needs to be plenty of shadows in the basement because the defense is pretty exposed otherwise. Again, I'm not sure if this was a problem in the tfc version, but the basement ceiling had a few ridges that would catch you if you didn't keep your rjs low. If you want to make it easier for conc jumps, flatten out the ceiling.

i dont want slim hallways/doorways that can be cock-blockable easily. oh, and im not absolutely sure if this is possible, but if the 'spiral' was an actual 'spiral' (round, flat, and declining, sorta like a screw), that'd be tizzight.

Dang! I only have tried out the TFC version. Try it out and tell me what should be chainged. Here is the link for the TFC's h4rdcore2k2_l
I'd like to do something for the ramp rooms, they look kind of ugly imo. Also something cool for the basement water area. Maybe add some inaccessable outdoor areas which you can look trough window. Like for the flagroom area. And what would you guys think about snowy dawn theme on the outside? That would be a killer imo. EDIT: Ok I've decided to go for the snow theme, cold colours and stuff. I may be using the cs_office skybox. Last edited by o_donny; 06-19-2006 at 10:00 PM. |

Soooo...
Here's some un polished pictures, as you can see, hammer has done very good job on fucking up the arch brushes (as always) But my questions: Is it too dark? Does the outside cortyard look gay? (I made it pretty quick) Is the corner seen on the last picture too sharp? Should there be a ninja monkey protecting the flag? Now if you have read all that let's see the pics. And oh incase you are wondering, yes this is suppose to be part of the flagroom. |

RESPONSE TO QUESTION 1:
I do not think it is too dark. RESPONSE TO QUESTION 2: In the third pic the tall tree looks awkward and in the second pic the coutryard just looks weird (may just be the pic tho). Other than that I think it looks good. RESPONSE TO QUESTION 3: Yes. RESPONSE TO QUESTION 4: No. |

The lighting is bad, but everything else though looks good except that tree, try and blend it in a bit more if you can. You must also include the ninja monkey and make him 16" tall.

You could've turned those lights down to more ambient levels, you know. You don't have to limit yourself to "absurdly bright" or "off."
