summer's in and school suck's

Today I just got out of school and im going to 7th grade we go back in september. All ready I miss school though and it hasn't even been a day, because this was the only year I was popular in my grade. People I didn't know came up to me and said hey your mike and I was like yea. it took me 6 year's to find out how to popular and it's easy just be a bad ass.

SChool Rules , i've been out of school since 2 years ago , you'll regret saying it sucks because most of your friends are going to be on seperate roads.

I enjoy school, most of my teachers are nice people and i usually doze off or screw around in class so it doesnt get boring at all.

Im done with high school in... 2 more class days? It's exciting but I know for a fact that half the people I call my friends, I'll probably never see again. It's kind of sad, the last year of school is hard, but it's the best in other ways.

EDIT: Oh right, and when it comes to the popularity thing. Grow up, it's not all it's cracked up to be. A few awesome friends are better than a large number will ever be. I hope you learn this before this group ends up fucking you over when you're no longer their type of person. Think of it this way, having more friends means you have more friends to lose.

EDIT 2: The "Be a bad ass to be popular" thing only works until someone bigger than you decides you piss him off and kicks the shit out of you, another thing that's best learnt beforehand.

I have 2 more class days and then two more exams on thursday and friday, and then friday after exams me and my friends are getting trashed. Then Ill be done with grade 9.

Im with you all the way on the friends thing Osiris. Ive got about 5 guys that I spend all my time with and its way more fun than having 100 I see occasionally.

Congrats, rifle. Long road behind you, long road ahead. School is fascinating, though there are countless problems with it. My friends and I split in 11th grade (I had them since I was about in 7th grade) and I made it through my senior year with a few sparse friends, but I was otherwise busy. *shrug* It's all about growing and discovering what this life is all about. Don't forget that, and don't forget that as long as you want people to be around you, and as long as you're a nice guy and put forth an effort you won't have to worry about the popularity thing too much. And you'll tend to find good people. At least I did.

Rock on

I'm with Imby. I didn't have many friends after Grade 9- but that was because I made a bad choice in giving up a good friend. They're important, believe it or not. Good friends don't come from outta nowhere.

Life IS about discovery and growth inside and out. Try everything, you've got nothing to lose. Just don't make bad decisions that you'll regret later in life. Life may be a long road.. But that road comes up fast, and is gone in a blink of an eye. Pass your courses! Keep your options open, even though you may not know where to go.

Happy Summer.

Darn, I miss shop class.

rifle I'm guessing your American as there obsesst with popularity. Pathetic makes me cringe.

American School kids are losers, well obviously not all of them you know the ones I'm talking about (which are the majority).

Your under pressure to be popular and being cool.

You watch too many bad movies, Paft.

Good luck, rifle. Hopefully the best is still to come. Don't be overconcerned with popularity but don't think of it as a negative thing either.

That's a bit contradictory don't you think? I've made really bad decisions that I already regret, but they make incredible learning experiences.

Well it may have been contradictory but you're not the smartest fish in the barrel. You've got many lessons to learn still. I meant things like, a drug addiction or getting in trouble with the cops. Those things are obvious- whether or not you still choose to do it is your choice. Sure, they make great learning experiences, but I'm sure its better not to having to go through that, don't you think? However I don't think I'd trade what I have now for anything else (except maybe a second chance).

Just don't be an asshole, and have fun.
