Congrats, at least you passed.
I had my test two weeks ago, passed without a single infraction. Four days later I pull onto the highway too fast and almost get rear-ended.

Yes, it was my first attempt. My only "error" was turning on the windshield wipers while turning the car off, heh.

In California (at least when I took the test) you could get up to 15 hits and pass. I got 13. A lot of them were for stupid shit, such as driving through an intersection. They expect you to, when you have a green light, look left and right while going through the intersection. What kind of nonsense is that? Oh well. I've turned out to be a good driver. Or so my car insurance says.

I live in Texas and when I was 16 (6 years ago) I didn't have to take a class or a driving test or anything. My parents signed some shit and I took a paper test. I made a 96, took my picture and got a paper liscense until my real one came in the mail. Is that weird that I never had to drive or anything? I know lots of people that did this and I would say we're pretty damn good drivers. I've never gotten a speeding ticket (knock on wood) and I've been involved in one wreck (some dude smoked my ass, his fault).

I didnt have a driving test (21) recently, but I was coming back from a job interview, I took a wrong turn and had to go to turn into Home Dept, I turned around in the parking lot, and went to back out where I came back in, well the road (unknowingly) was 8 lanes wide, and when the light went green I started accross, and for some reason, I thought I was going too far, like into the parking lot accross the road, so I quickly turned left to stay on the road, though in actuallity I ended up going up the wrong side of the road... so for about the next 1300ft I was going up the wrong side of the road at about 90mph, I slid through the intersection sideways lol, and did about 107mph down the next road. Needless to say I was pissed... That was BY FAR the most dumbass thing I have ever done while driving lol.
PS: All the lights at the intersection where RED/Yellow when I went through it so there was no traffic crossing at the time... luckily. |

i failed twice, both gay ass reasons.
First time, i went 2 miles over the limit (had a digital readout) it was a 35 and i was going 37. FAILED Second time, i stopped at a red light. Put on left blinker, (no signs said wait for green), waited for traffic to go by, made the turn. FAILED |

When I took my test, the most common part failed was getting the 12-mule team tp parallel park beside a 12-horse hitch rather than an 11 horse one.
