Eden Lake (2008)

Here goes the discussion about this film.

I must admit, I haven't seen a movie with such tension for a long time. I could watch any other so called horror movies laughing, but this film was a blast. You expect one thing - something completely different happens. Some scenes are still popping inside my head even after two days. A must-see IMO.

Anyhoo.. never heard of this... will give it a look.

A thing that makes this film exceptionally nice is that most horror films try to bring tension with creepy sounds, video effects, gore and overall cheap scares, while in this film they are subtle and accent is made on events happening on the screen - you begin to immerse in this heart-chilling story much more. Also, this film have a very big attention to details.
