I missed 3. I doubt anyone here that has never dealt with applying for citizenship is going to know the immigration form number. I also missed the one on the voting amendments (I only named 2 of them) and the total number of amendments (I was off by 2).

Now, if they made sure to test people on their knowledge of their personal rights, that could do much more good than harm. They'd actually know something useful, as opposed to knowing the exact date George Washington cut down some tree." I think that makes sense. However, it should be noted a new test of 100 questions will be released in October of 2008, and I'm not exactly sure how different the questions are. (You have answer 6 of 10 chosen questions correctly to pass.) Edit: You can read them here. Not much difference from the current version.

I missed three. I got the year of the Constitution wrong by one year. I have no idea what form is used for Naturalization. I forgot what the other one I missed was.

Come on guys, this is easy stuff... everything you need to know to pass this could be put into a pamphlet...

I would say both needed to learn the test but if it meant that the cure would not come for awhile to the US since he failed the test then so be it. His smart ass should get a perfect. AIDS is bad and I heard it sucks ass but still dont you feel safer when they pass the test??? I like american Hx but I like it more when my cabbie knows more about it then I do. Why dont they have questions on routing protocols and CISCO's new NAC scheme. Sounds like those would be better choices.

'sides, so what if he does not go to America? He could just work in any of the other countries in the world that are doing much more with the biological sciences than America (*cough*Japan*cough*).
