I got about 40 seconds in and almost fell into a coma. Too boring for words.

He believes in a god. So he's not ahead of his time, sry. If he doesn't believe in a god and just said that for some reason, I closed it because it sucked.

This is one of the reasons I am glad I do not go to church.

He could have effectively said the same message in 2 minutes instead of 10, but he had to draw it out and make it dramatic.

Its called rethorics.

Neway fuck political correctness. No one gets hurt if i call my friend a retard. If everything was politically correct what would happen to humour? Alot of other things would get caught with it to.

Srsly political correctness is retarded shit.

It does not surprise me that in order for a message to be accepted to some of you it must be a suped-up high tech "gotta have it now" dvd clarity surround sound delivery with bells, whistles, and explosions. You have my pity. Take a moment or two to look beyond yourselves.

I didn't finish it but I think he is right about not making fun of people with mental handicaps. Maybe there was something I missed at the end but I think he was a great guy for that. It goes very much against my morals to insult someone for something that isn't their choice.

And Z... Z don't take your vendetta against Uber into another thread.

While "retard" is an insult pretty much on a par with "dumbass" here, I don't know that anyone I know would find discrimination against the mentally handicapped more acceptable than racism, sexism or homophobia. Maybe his speech hits harder in a US high school, IDK. To me, he was stating the obvious - discrimination is discrimination. If he's ahead of his time, so am I - and most people I know.

The passages about how much more joy and love his sister experiences and how the mentally handicaped are incapable of hate were patronising and condescending - both to his audience and to his sister. He seems to discriminate just as much as those he chastises. Maybe I'd be more sympathetic if he acknowledged his own hypocracy.

Nice shirt. Poor delivery.

I think he may have been referring to his sister and his sister alone in that respect. Her condition may very well lend her to those tendencies. I agree though, it annoys me when people say "Oh, they're so loving", like it has to do with their condition and not how they were raised.

Although I wasn't singling out anyone in particular, did I misinterpret your statement?
