Weight Loss Journey

Can't find my old thread about my weight so fuck it, this deserves a new thread.

I've officially lost 100 pounds. It took a little over 2 years to do it with setbacks both physically and mentally, but I've pulled it off.

Although I don't have a set goal weight I'd like to be at, my ultimate goal is to become healthy and fit.

Starting weight: 464lbs
Current weight: 364lbs

lol had to look up lbs in stone. 100lbs = 7.14st if anyone is curious!

its 14lb in 1 stone - I think but still 14 isn't an easy number to figure out when we're talking about 300-400 lol.

I don't work well in kg when it comes to human weight.

Great job!

Wifey and I are also in the process of "getting fitter" and losing some weight. Since first of year wife = 35 lb and me = 28 lb.

Using sensible diet (just watching calories and increased the veggies) and exercise (last 3 months with trainer to beat us into shape!). I still have another 30 to go and wife wants at least another 60 or so (that's her goal... I think she'll be fine with less than that).

It's a slow process if you do it right... and it looks like you're certainly getting there.

It's funny, Canada is considered metric, yet we we use imperial for soo many common day things.

If someone told me their weight in kg's I would need to stand there for a minute doing the conversion in my head. I'll give my weight in lbs and my height in inches. Yet I'll totally understand grams and kg's when it comes to reading food labels, and understand distances, in meter's kilometer's and not understand feet and miles.

But good job Kube, weight loss is such an epic struggle.

Fuck weight loss. I hate it! I still carry around an extra 10-20 pounds that I can't seem to lose for good. It just yo-yo's back and forth even though I bike ride (both mountain and Road), play tennis and basketball regularly and love the outdoors.

I blame it on the beer and staying up too late playing video games!!

But enough about me.. Great Job dude that's awesome! Keep it up.
