Compile error

I have the basics of a small map. Tight skybox (1 box around entire map) and a single spawn pt. When I compile to test map here is the error I get:

MountAppFilesystem () failed:
SteamMountAppFilesystem (215,50,0x453fd24)failed with error 21:A
different version of this FS is already in use

can someone tell me what I have done wrong?
thanks

I'm with ricey in that they're probably not set up right. make sure you're pointing at the 2006 sdk ones.

P.S. your talk about wrapping the entire world in a sky box worries me, don't do it. But that won't be the reason for your compile error.

think i got it, that tab was defaulting to the "fake" directory that i had created with ricey to get hammer to work. I deleted that directory and now it is on ff. If it continues to act up I will post that info

thanks
