Announcing changes for 2.43!

The dev team have decided it would be a good idea to reveal plans for 2.43, in order to increase transparency and achieve better relations with the community. Naturally, with me being incredibly sexy, and the dev team being incredibly busy, I was selected for the honour of giving this to you.

Changes in 2.43

Client will only crash on join when a laser grenade is being primed, not while it's active.
As FF is a highly complicated game, changing numbers is never the answer. Therefore, in order to compensate for its limited clip, the super nailgun will now shoot rockets. These rockets will leave jump pads where they explode. This new abundance of jump pads should compensate for their low health.
To counter the HWGuy's slowfield, Scout and Medic concs will be replaced with the fastfield grenade. The conc will be given to the Sniper and the HWGuy instead, as they are the two classes lacking the advanced movement abilities that make FF so unique.
The sentry gun may or may not have something else done to it, maybe.
In order to show how much we care about our community members, a free in-game hat will be given to every one of you, as well as $5 worth of Fortress Gold™ , redeemable for:
- Special bioweapon for Medic, with spreading infection!
- Ability of HWGuy to continuously fart MIRVs.
- A variety of tasteful moustaches.
- The opportunity to kick squeek in the nads.

We're really excited about the dynamic Fortress Gold™ economy that's coming online soon. As demand to kick squeek in the nads rises, the price for that service goes up, which should allow him some time to recuperate.

Likewise, we expect the prices for the most popular hats/mustaches/HWguy codpieces to quickly rise to the point where no one in their right mind would buy them. Fortress Gold™ will be fully convertible to $US at the market rate (That we haven't decided on yet), so the best players will be able to pay their montly fee by selling the items from enemies they've killed.

Also, if you die you lose your items.

Also, FF will require a paid subscription.

HW got enough perks this time around....I say the codpieces go to Scouts. That and they should be the new buildable for the engy class. I wanna see a line of Scouts waiting for an engy to upgrade their codpieces to Level 3.
