What Sniper maps are being made for "FORTRESS FOREVER" ?

I recall someone offering to remake 2fortsniper, but I'm not sure how that's progressed. It seems no sniper maps will be in the maps released with the mod.

One sniper map that I'd really like to see in FF would be the one where the snipers wait on one side of a canyon while civilians jump high in to the sky from down below and try to land on the opposite side of the canyon to escape. Of course you can make all kinds of variations of this concept... just change the discs in a shooting competition with civis. :P

Yea, snipers suck when you play against a skilled one, but try lasting as a sniper against good offense.

Seriously, those who constantly bash snipers usually either get owned by a decent one on a pub or played it for 5 minutes.

The sniper is nerfed too much already. The 1 shot kill after a 48 hour charge is what keeps him from being a slow ass scout with some better health.

I have to say that I concur. I hate it when people bitch about the sniper class. I dont think that any sniper should get nerfed. Let alone the TF sniper. That would be like making the AWP a 2 shot kill. everone hates them... When your not the sniper.

I have to say that I concur. I hate it when people bitch about the sniper class. I dont think that any sniper should get nerfed. Let alone the TF sniper. That would be like making the AWP a 2 shot kill. everone hates them... When your not the sniper.

If you hate playing against snipers in ctf pubs, somebody should remake some of the classic sniper maps, like 2fortsniper (i see it's in production, but no update in a while), 119snip, sniperx, and dot.

Sniper is a balanced class, because what melee attack does it have? CROWBAR or nailgun! Maybe AR but if your good enough, you'll never need to use it. I hate sniper bashing People are just mad when the hear HEADSHOT!
