The first F is supposed to have an engraved-like effect since it has the inner shadow and no beveling. The second F is supposed to be the bumpmap-esque effect due to the beveling.
It's got a transparent background for anyone who wishes to use this "logo" in hopes of making something out of it. I would try to improve upon it, but I'm not good at photoshop or anything else... |

I don't think your host allows hotlinking.
Also, it's remarkably similar to one posted way back in the Fan-art wallpaper thread from days gone by. Nothing too remarkable, but not a bad attempt. Is that the Quake font at the bottom? Oh, and welcome to the forums. Almost forgot.

...and yes thats the quake font...I associated it with the word forever, since it was the engine for the original mod by the way, i also kind of created a font for the "fortress" word, wich i think could be linked to the game, just like quake's |

I actually really like the official FF logo (so it seems), it's really basic and strong at the same time. The only comment I have is that it might need a bit of colo(u)r!
