Omni-Bot Not Loaded error

When using any 'bot' commands, it says "Omni-Bot Not Loaded", any help regarding this? As I have no idea how to load it. Many Thanks.

Bots are not included with the release of the game. They are currently unfinished and at this point are not likely to be finished any time soon. Sorry.

Is there any chance of very basic bots that can at least run and jump in a straight line? Tf2 has a few really nice training maps like tr_walkway and tr_airshot. I'd love to see something similar in FF.
