I find it odd that you would accuse me of being and arguing in favor of political correctness when I'm in favor of cursing and yelling profanity at people in public. If I was un clear, my only point is that you can't really get upset at someone else for thinking you hate homosexuals if you are screaming faggot in public. If you don't want them to think that, the don't scream that. It's simple.

I went on to make an analogy about people who don't want to hear you leaving being a lot like me playing on ot so I don't have to hear you. Since you can't type or scream that there I know that's a good place for me to play. If I play in a different server that allows that sort of thing then I can't really get upset about it. "Public" isn't anywhere that's not your house. Restaurants, bars night clubs and retail stores are all private locations. And yes, you have a responsibility to behave according to the owner in those places.

Listen, the majority of usa actually sides with the thought that people need to lighten up. Getting offended easily is a problem that needs to be curbed. The moral minority has a loud voice and they cling to whatever method they can to maintain their ways. But screaming faggot isn't going to help, it just makes you look like a dumb kid regardless of your age. Or intelligence. You can say it shouldn't, but shoulda woulda coulda it fucking does.

Personally I enjoy the OT server. Good mix of skilled/non skilled players and normally there is always someone playing. The crowd is fun and there aren't any trouble makers. I haven't had a problem yet.

Genghis, the only thing I can really say about people argueing against the OT policies these days, is that they don't have someone here to present their side. Scuzzy is no longer a part of FF(dev/tester) other than a server owner. OT has a forum, and if you have a problem with their policies(or need to dispute a ban)... that's the place to go to air out your issues. This forum is for people interested in Fortress Forever, the game. A place for them to come together and put forth their ideas and opinions of the game itself. You can organize a league here, if you wish.

However, independent servers are owned by people other than the FF devs, and betas. Therefor, bashing of those servers should be done elsewhere. I don't care which server is being bashed. Some people think I'm on OT's side, because they've never seen me "back up" other servers. This is because OT is the only server I've seen consistantly bashed on here. If someone came in here bashing a server other than OT.... I would defend them as well, and for the same reasons.

LOL! That was an inside joke from a few years back. For a time(before I was an admin), I would post something that basicly shut the thread down. It wasn't intentional... it was just a coincidence.

Someone called me that, so I took the joke and ran with it.... and put it as my title.
