Why have I not heard of this game, and why does it look so awesome?

It could be because you live under a rock. Also, it's either going to be a complete failure and not deliver anything it promised, or be the best game ever made. Going with the trend of life... it's probably going to suck complete donkey ass. I really hope not as it looks really, really, god damned good.

It's made by the same people who made Hulk Ultimate Destruction, which is a game im very fond of. This game seems like that, times a thousand.

The graphics don't seem as good as in the vids. (I maxed settings so stfu). It feels like a toonier version of the latest GTA.

There's a similar (Identical) game out there too "Infamous".

I think Infamous and Prototype came out relatively close to each other, like within a few months. I enjoyed the shit out of Infamous though.

Prototype is one of the few games I actually finished (main storyline). I would highly recommend it. However, the PC port is kinda funky since button mashing doesn't work well on PC (Press E, F, R, left click, and right click for a attack!?)

EDIT: Hehe, those videos show you using a gun. If you really use a gun, you are doing it wrong

Yeah, I had to get a Xbox pad for pc. Waiting till it arrives before I play again. as well as Batman Asylum.
