can't install source sdk base...

When i try to install sdk base it gets to "Decrypting Source SDK Base game files...", then it stops and i get an error saying "The steam servers are too busy to handle my request."

I have a source sdk base folder located in steam/steamapps/xxxx/ which is not empty, so i don't know if i should delete the folder and then try to download or what...

Plz help i wanna play ff LOL!!

Ok i found the problem, just needed to reinstall steam.

Clearing the blobs also tend to help...
