Need 2fort map

Tried to play 2fort on more than one server, getting message version of 2fort differs from the server's. Anyone know where i can get a copy of the map without having to download the full version of ff?

From the 2.2 full install. I'll pull a copy from my server and get it uploaded. Check your PM's tomorrow. But if 2fort is corrupted I wonder how many other files you have are corrupted? You might want to copy any cfg's you have and reinstall.

Also make sure you have 2.3 install and you are joining a 2.3 server

i have this problem too, should i reinstall 2.2 from scratch then update to 2.3 or can i get the individual map anywhere?

I would really like to know what mirror you guys used to DL 2.2 and 2.3 if you remember. Is this the only issue your having?

I have had the same problem recently. I couldn't go to another server because there was only one other server so i don't know if it was just that server. is ther anyway i could get the 2fort map dl as well. I have 2.3 installed btw

Do you remember where you DL 2.2 and 2.3 from?

OK I did some checking and verification ff_2fort had no changes and isn't included in the 2.3 patch. So I really need to know what mirror you DL 2.2 from so I can check it. I also sent ya a pm with a ff_2fort.bsp.

i got the patch right from the fortress forever website http://www.fortress-forever.com/ff23/FF_2.3_Patch.exe is the one i used... i also need ff_2fort and also ff_vertigo

both are saying they differ from the servers and there some of my fav maps would it be posable to get the link posted or send to me so i can download it thx

Well 2fort didn't change in the 2.3 patch I checked the installer and it was fine. I think this is a steam issue corrupting maps but here's your fix.
