Try actual vocals, and no hud on the replay to help with immersing people into the video. I stopped it after "DIE STUPID CAMERA MACHINE"

Poor sense of humor. You running around shooting things in the face in HL2 before you're supposed to have a gun isn't funny, it's just lame. "LOL LOOK WHAT I CAN DO WITH CONSOLE!"
Your commentary tried too hard. If you have to tell us how funny something was, it wasn't funny.
Way too long. This does everything yours tried to do over the course of 12 minutes in 30 seconds and, while it's still not very funny, it's at least short enough to not make me want to die.
