next patch seriously needs the in-game training program, a new site, a new media, an actual PR team going on, etc

Well training is being worked on, new site, not too sure yet and same thing with new media even though we have the images for new media but not uploaded yet. PR Team, well not sure about that except for getting mention on Steam News.

Actually, that isn't a lot to ask for bud. Game has been out for 7-8 months now and we don't have the key elements to keep new players around. I agree that there is only so much marketing we can do for a mod...but the other things...like the training mode, some new media, some polishing of the site is not asking much considering how long this game has been out |

There are mods out there with training mode? I don't remember many MP games/mods with training mode, unless they included a SP mode too.
However, not a lot of games or mods are as complex as FF is... |

A mod like FF almost requires a Training Mode or even an official Training Video because of the complexity and depth...but whatever, I spose we should expect new ppl to know how to double conc, juggle, trimp, make peanut butter cookies, etc...

The training mode will focus more on standards jumps (drop conc, HH conc, IC/FT, rocket, pipe, EMP/rail, and frag) and movement techniques (double jumping, air control, rampsliding, bunnyhopping, skimming, and sharking). Peanut butter cookie-making will be featured quite extensively, though.

Sometimes you forget about that stuff cuz ur in a rush to cap..LOL..seeing as how you reminded me of those things..it would be cool to have a training mode. And they are working on one arent they?? I thought they were. Anywho, a new site might be a little too much to ask for. Besides, isnt this site everything you could want?? YOu have a forum, a place to find video, pics, etc.. Even fellow players to chit chat with.. 8p

Training mode sounds nice. I'm looking forward to it.
But I think that the main goal should be more advertising and stuff like that. FF is a great mod - but this doesn't help anyone if nobody knows that... |

Advertising comes once training mode is done and the game is friendlier to new players.
Not going to waste time and resources on a PR campaign just to have everyone scared away by dickbag players and confusing gameplay.

The training mode is suppose to take care of that, or else what's the point
