Well, considering Batman is essentially a ninja with a bitchin' cape, it actually makes sense for him to be an anime.

Edit: But they should be careful, because some shows shouldn't be anime'd...

I'll give it it's fair shots. I can't imagine some of the bad guys chosen to be very interesting though. In a movie format villains need to develop something within the hero.

The Joker, for example, tests Batman's decision to never kill anyone. Everytime he gets cought he just breaks free and kills so many people. His insanity keeps him from getting the chair and Batman certainly wont kill him despite so many opportunities.

Raj al Gul teaches you.. well everything about the man really haha.

Bain teaches you what can happen when Batman is defeated.

I think at this point you get the idea. The villians they chose will be fun to watch no matter what so I'm going to look forward to seeing Batman smash the shit out of people.
