Which class would you rather send in for destroying buildables?

This was brought about by a post in the current TF2 thread. In FF, which class would you rather send in for destroying buildables?

Demoman, i voted spy but id rather change it back to demoman (my bad). I ONLY use it to take down troubemaking sgs (and everybody around heh)

If they are in a bad position, Pyro. Not because it's the best to do so, but because it's fun to circlestrafe a lv2 SG eventually destroying it, along with the Dispenser and the Engineer.

If it's in a good position, unable to hit by a Pyro not even using the flamer physics and at medium range, a Demoman. On long range, Sniper.

IF the buildables are being a huge pain, I might make a demo run. The loss of speed suxs though.

solly with nail grenade helps alot

rjump to the sg and lob a nail gren right on it, that useally gets the job done lol

Why restrict that ability to one class? One of the things I love about Fortress is that any class can do alot, but still depends on other classes.

And no matter what, any class's ability to destroy a buildable is going to depend on the Engineer's skill and placement of the buildable. Otherwise, we all might as well just turn off our comps and play rock-paper-scissors. FUCK THAT.

Not anymore. Nail grenades don't have much of a chance against sentries.

sniper, my fav class to go in with to take out sg's, one shot one kill(unless the engy is by it to)

Nail grenades work fine if the SG isn't being repaired.

But that never happens, that is, unless you took out the engineer.

I say depends on the engies skill and location of the buildables. I love going in as a spy and sabotaging the sgs, but it's hard to pull that off. That's probably one of the reasons I love it. Otherwise I'd usually hit it up with a soldier because someone is nearby so it becomes a nade swarm.

If you pipe launch and land on the speed pad on aardvark you can fly up there real fast and throw a few nades.
