Is being afraid of it because of Portal something of a spoiler? I haven't played portal yet.

Nope, its just the creepy voice that narrates the thing and saying things like feels like it could be that robot :P"if you would fall into the water, you will be sad. Because your testratings would go down to 0. It is also followed by death" or something :P
