I have always wanted Sonic in SSB, moreso than any other character, and he was the most requested for inclusion in Brawl by fans.

Yeah this game is going to be epic.. Online matches, they said some kinda coop play too for single player-ish? Anyway yeah it's gonna f'in own.

I never really liked Sonic as a character, too generic IMO. But his old games were quite fun.

Wait 'til you see Mario's level in the new Smash Bros. game. He fights a new enemy called the "Wop" with the new "Grease Flower" which allows him to shoot Greaseballs. The boss fight is a bitch slap contest with his comare, Daisy.

Yes, because Sonic was a fast Video character he must be original and un-bland. You know, because he's not based off of The Flash or anything.

Yeah, and it is not like he stole that whole "roll up into a ball and attack stuff" from Metroid. Well actually, Samus flips through the air. Sonic rolls along the ground. I guess he stole that from hedgehogs. Or bowling balls. Spikey bowling balls with hedgehogs attached to them?

Since when is rolling anything original?

Sonic himself is a pretty bland and boring character. The other characters in the game world with him (Tails, Knuckles, Dr. Robotnick, etc) are very original.

Look at you guys crying and arguing about this. This isn't something to fight about its something to celebrate about. If any of you want to call yourself gamers then accept that finally we can have Sonic and Mario fight. If you aren't ok with that quit playing games and learn to sew. PERIOD.

One thing I do find interesting in the music credits. I pointed this out to a friend awhile back and he swore it didn't mean Sonic was in the game.

One thing that catches my eye is the fact one of the Composers from Chrono Trigger is in there.
