Seems like your map (is it still bsp?) seems incomplete or broken, or you are missing something (file, material?). Try getting a buddy to send you the map and overwrite it, see if it still occurs. |

Now actually seeing a screenshot it looks like those are FF textures. I'm think sure this happens when you only have the VMT file with no VTF, or the other way around.
If verifying doesn't work you may have to reinstall FF. If you don't feel like doing that you could try this: Get someone to start a listen server > sv_cheats 1 Have them look at that texture > impulse 107 (in console) This prints that texture name/path in their console. Get them to look for that texture and send you both the VMT and the VTF.
