A valid concern, Dr-X.

The coders each have their own area of focus or expertise. They're also around to help each other, or pick up if real life takes over for another. You'll likely be pleasantly surprised by some of what's in store

Awesome update!

The 3 characters standing side-by-side represent exactly what I hoped the rag-'em tag-'em band of misfits would look like standing next to one another. Very good, consistent, on-going theme in all the characters, and excellent work as usual dr nick!

My only suggestion would be to lose the shoulder armor on the demoman. Personally I think they make him look too... rectangular, almost. And lacking any matching full-body armor, it just looks a little akward. I think without the shoulder armor he'd look more like a "soldier" who's out to blow stuff up.

His unique vest and belt distinguish him enough (not to mention the beanie/whatever. Maybe try toying around with what he looks like without all that bulk...

The hunted screens are looking great too. Without the final custom content, it's a little hard to discerne what's going to stay and what's going to go. With that said, the only screen that I didn't like was of the "Field warehouse"

Let's be honest - TFC:Hunted was not exactly eye-candy either, and although these screens exceed my expectations, the one of the "Field Warehouse" looks like it's missing something with respect to the level of added detail in the others. I can't exactly put my finger on it ..........

for one thing though, I"m not sure if I really like that "floating ledge" coming out of the little side-house though. Seems a little out of place :X

All-in-all an excellent update and excellent work.
There's a Dr. Evil that idles in my IRC chan. I pray to god that they are one in the same so that I can start PM'ing him and buggin him for updates :P

Journals were also a nice touch. Might be cool to give each Staff member his/her respective journal so that instead of looking at them all in bulk, we could just focus on one developer should we choose. Maybe you already did that and I just didn't figure it out...

I just don't like the texture of that floating ledge, which will likely change. My only suggestion is to make that blend in more.

I actually viewed those as simply making him more "slippery" by not having a lot of exposed straps which would catch on something.

I thought the boot cover was to cover the laces, not armour. But maybe it is armour.

The map is amazing, simply. I haven no more to say than that really.

The class concepts are great, I think dr_nick has outdone himself with them.

awesome update, simply amazing... although i think the sniper's hat makes him look a little silly, like the old sniper models. i think the sniper would look a bit better if it kept the same design as dr_nick's, only with a camo skin and a sort of hood like tfc_newmodels 1. sorry if this comment frustrated anyone tho.

You did a good job of cutting the models away from the white background on this image, can you not just paste those models onto a black background?

i was suprised to hear someone ask why the boots are the same, i thought this was a positive point to the concepts

You see, the red and blue army (even the yellows and the greens), even tho all the people in each respective sidfe have their differences, the medic with his Medicine Degree, the demoman from a broken home and the engineer with ADD (fast and the furious refference). They are not an amatuer team who happen to come together by chance...no, they are an elite force who all shop at ARCO ( http://www.arco.co.uk ) together, so they match

Besides it's probably standard issued boots that all troopers must have.

Only the Demo added some homemade strapon shielding on his boots, it's still the same boots he's got.
