I doubt Paft takes me seriously. Which is good, because I'm not being serious. YES, he has a tendency to piss on threads and wonder why we do the things we do, and YES it's annoying as hell, but I have way better things to be actually angry at. I don't have anything better to be fake-angry at, though. So he takes the full weight of my pseudo-wrath.

Hmmm well I am currently a tester for another HL2 mod which uses shader 2.0 effects to cloak characters. They've simply removed the effect for anyone with a card that can't handle it, so for me, cloaking means complete invisibilty. I'm hoping this won't happen to me in FF.

I'm running a geforce fx 5900. I'd upgrade but I don't wanna spend lots of money on a card I can't use in my next computer build (I have an AGP slot). Oh, and I'm poor atm. D:

Yeah, the Spy's supposed to make regular noises when disguised (unless he's disguised as an enemy spy )

When you move fast enough (when I stepped off the ledge, for instance) you get uncloacked. When you uncloak your "feigned" body disappears.

It's alive? Woo. Just when I was about to completely give up on it. Looking mostly good. The new stuff for the spy is impressive, hope it works 'well' in matches too.

- The player models don't look right against the maps... the maps are all highly detailed, but the player skins seem bright and stick out really badly. Is something waiting on the skins, or is this just how it is and I'll have to spend five minutes getting over it?

A nod of agreement on most if not all of that, and in particular the FOV issue.
