TFC: Blowing up Dispensers via macro?

Heya guys, this is prob the best spot for this question i guess.

Im just wondering if in TFC have they removed the ability to type "Detonate_Dispenser" to have your dispenser blow? Its a valid command, it autofills it when you start typing it. i remember making binds to blow them, but that just dont work.

Was it a different command? or is it broken now, and you gotta use the menu (which is too slow to get people unless thats all your doin, sittin ready to click the menu)

thanks!

thanks, then what the heck is "Detonate_Dispenser" used for? if you start typing it it gives you the finished command as an option to click on.

Generally, + commands are on/off and have a corresponding - command that is issued when the key is released, such as with +forward. There is no 'off' action to blowing the dispenser, hit the key and something happens, and so is a non-prefixed command like discard or dropitems.

Ahh your absoloutly right, i remember that now from having to make binds for that dumb Neo TF thing. the extra grenades/specials were normal, but the hook was "+hook" because you held it till you wanted it to release.

+ implies action when the key is pressed down.
- implies action when the key is released.
