Overclockers Under Investigation!

hahahahahahAHAHAHa

okay, so i got a letter this morning from stoke on trent city council, consumer protection division. it contained a form asking for any complaints i may have had against overclockers.

I still have my P5N32 motherboard, so i might still get a refund yet!

Can you provide a little more info? This isn't making any sense. Is this some issue localized to England?

remember when i was building my pc, they refused a refund for my motherboard? aparently its a widespread problem with them, and loads of people have taken it a lot further than i did. they're getting investigated by trading standards. as part of this, it seems they're getting in contact with all the recent customers.

nah, stoke on trent, USA (look at his location)

Of course its UK! :P I quite like overclockers, i remember ordering something at 11pm and it arrived the next morning (i live on an island). Although saying that, 10% of the time they've given me dodgy goods

The stores I usually buy from ( www.memoryexpress.com , www.tigerdirect.ca ) usually have faulty parts about 10-15% of the time, but returns of hardware are pretty much a 'we don't care why, here's a new one' policy within 7 days of each purchase/return. It's awesome!
