Man shoots students at an Amish school.

A man walked into an Amish school in Lancaster today, and made all the boys leave, and shot 10 girls. Three are dead ( I am talking about students, aparently 4 are confirmed,mayby it is a teacher.)

Apparently, he was getting revenge for something that happened 20 years ago.

My god.... what the fuck happened 20 years ago that could make this dude kill Amish kids?

Scary... we live about an hour from Lancaster.

Instead of Innocs 'OMG GUNS GUNS GUNS' arguments, let's try some logic.

The thing is, I'd bet things like burglary have decreased, due to an increased chance that the owner is packing heat. Increased numbers of guns in households do create isolated mishaps like this, but on the whole I think they protect in a wider spectrum.

Fact is there are far more factors that feed into making things like this possible. To blame guns is stupid.

PPC I can also point to places where mandated ownership of firearms has radically decreased crime. IIRC there's a town in Idaho considering mandatory carry laws for it's residents presently.
