Phillies Spectator Tasered when he runs out on the field and evades Police

Anyone catch this tasering? Anyone want to discuss it? Seems like it's a popular topic today.

BTW, I linked it as it's proxying for ESPN and I don't think it loads correctly on the forums...

He got what was coming to him, and it was Blanton's first game of the year. Happened again the next day when Hamel's was pitching, Top of the Ninth.

I'm not surprised it didn't happened tonight, that and Kendrick pitched a good game.
Sad thing is, the kid called his dad and asked if he could do it, the father said yes. Then Hamel's game, the guy posted it on Twitter and Facebook, wouldn't doubt if he's deleted both of them already, along with his myspace page.

Yea, pretty much every phillies fan including myself think both of these guys are fucking douche bags and should be tased many times more.

The focal point of the controversy is whether the taser should have been used. I'm OK with it being used and I think that "douchebag" is the perfect word for this little punk.

I don't see why people would be against it. I mean, doesn't anyone care about the fucking rules?

Taser's are designed for this purpose. It did its job exactly as it should, and he deserved it. I also think the taser should have been used, and am glad that it was.
