Reload Bug
I was wondering why there is no thread already reporting the reload bug. I guess all people know the bug and it's pretty annoying.
Does this bug always happen? Nearly every death/minute.
How do you reproduce the problem? Seems pretty random to me, maybe there is an way to reproduce.

I assume this refers to the autoreload bug? If so, that was fixed.
