SG push is overpowered
The improved bullet push should be restored to its original value. With the sentry gun and dispenser the engineer is fine the way he was. No need to make the SG more powerful

The push does seem a tad too strong, but everyone was shouting on the forums that the SG was weak and terrible, so the devs had to make people happy with something.
A common complaint was that the effort it takes to get an SG to level 3, outweighed the ease of it getting destroyed. So I'd have kept everything the same but increased the health and armour of the SG. So it would be more durable. |

how about instead of pushing, the sg pulls u in to the engineer so you can attack him with the improved melee code

The sentry gun definitely shouldn't be made more durable. And I don't care about people complaining about the SG being too weak. They are wrong

SG was always fine. No changes needed. The only changes needed are the skill levels of the engineers who build the Sg's.
Brb, Butthurt because I'm not good enough at keeping my sentry gun up for long periods of time. Seriously, you guys want some godly overpowered peice of shit sentry. Not going to happen. I'll say this again. FF sentry gun is a diversion weapon. |

And to Kube - we did that on trimp_trainingz, once, on zE's server. We managed to get the SGs high enough to reach the second 'level'. Great fun. D:

My point is that you can't really tell how poor/well the SG is performing during one game. Give it time to see how it performs in pickups.
And I played qwtf. Now that was a game that had it's fair share of SG changes. |

The TFC SG had good push and damage. There was NO class that could run straight against one. I remember as hw or soldier, the SG would literally push you back out of its range before it would actually kill you a lot of the time.
