I always just google an acronym that I see if I don't know what it means. 99 % of the time there is a wiki on it somewhere.

It means "¿Qué fueras tú?" or "What were you?" as in "What were you on when you posted this?"

Wrong spelling. "Were" = "Eras/Estabas". Also, to match what you are saying it means it should be something along the lines of "¿Cómo estabas (tu)?" ("tu" can be taken off, since the verb already implies that you are talking about a 2nd single person), but when you mean what the person had taken before the action, it's commonly said "¿Qué te habias tomado?"

Infy had it right, by the way. =D
