and anyway, there was no proper news item like that, only a forum post. he was probably saying sorry for just generally not releasing in 2006, not specifically that "december release"

to date, the release set is still "when it's ready"

Seriously, we need a dev jernal. I really want to know every little detail.

We've heard basically nothing from the mapeprs 'cept the Trepids recently. The last dev jernal from one of the other mappers was Defrag's back in October (Not counting the svn-update thingy). I don't know when we've last heard from the other mappers. I'd really like to know what kind of shit they're going through with their maps trying to get them bitches in a 'finished' state. I'm familiar with how hard that is, so I wanna know.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but isn't the auto-rifle the only model that hasn't been added in game yet? If so, it would only be a matter of adding a clip to the existing rifle with a couple slight modifications to make it fit in and a few texture tweaks. Are other models being replaced or redone??

All the models are/were made from scratch, the rifle/AR apparently wasn't in use with a new model until recently, but supposedly is in now
