Two skeletons beside each other does not invoke anything romantic. There is no indication of love, and anything romantic about it is what you read into it. Christ, he could have been raping her for all we know.

I think them skeletons are gay, as in they were both men. Look closely and you can tell. And skanky I know that women love surprises, so therefore ra-, er, surprise sex, is very romantic!

I suspect there's a very touching but sad story behind those skeletons that we about which we can only speculate.

I agree with him for the most part, I just keep cynicism to myself more often than he does. I have never understood how people get all emotional and sappy at stuff like this.

Their positions would be entirely different if it were rape. The article tells you that they can determine based on merely looking that the bodies things that they were doing. Then further investigations can allow them to get an even better idea.

They know that the male died first. They know that the female was killed by an outside force. Their knowledge of that time frame acknowledges the possibility that they was killed so that she may join him in the afterlifef as part of a sacrafice.

Shakespeare wrote a play about some guy who died, so the locals killed an innocent woman to help him in the afterlife?

Man, I don't remember that story...
