Gas prices? No problem!

Got this car for practically FREE because it has a dead cylinder and some other misc issues. I am going to replace the head gasket and timing belt, check the valves, and save this little car! Owner told me it averaged around 50MPG when it was running right

1998 Chevy Metro
1.0L 3 cyl
5 speed manual
Base model with no options

It might not get me laid, but what the hell..............

My brother's CBR600 had more horsepower than that thing... but nice ride none the less. They do average 50 to the gallon.

Actually, I think they average 0 per gallon since they don't use galons of anything, being battery powered and all.

Well, I was talking about the Geo. d:

But if you want to get technically about it, we'd have to figure out what your local power plant(s) are fueled by, figure out how far your bike would drive on a full charge, how many kilowatt hours it takes to make that charge, and how much fuel has to be burned (and of what kind!) at a power plant to charge up the bike.

Electric vehicles won't be much in the way of green until our power plants are, too.

I busted my ass on an electric scooter once.

However, power plants are much more efficient than our vehicles (heat isn't as wasted). Electric vehicles are a nice step, but not the main step. Once we start using more renewable energy resources, things will improve more.

I had a dream that I was driving a full sized motorcycle that could go no faster than 25 mph. In order to get it to go that fast you had to push it with your feet like a skate board. It took me forever to get to work

i have a mean mullet growing....the chicks at work are getting friskier it seems. Had 2 of them ask me out within the last month. They're always touching my mullet...lol They're both kinda hot...maybe an 8 out of 10.

I drive this to and from work: 96 MPG.

Last fill up cost me $3.00, the first time I ever put that much into it at one time. Tank holds ~1 gallon, and it tops out around 45 mph on flat ground. It's got a 1 cyl engine.
