And I appreciate your steight forward answer to my question in the forum.
(The only one I might add)

Everyone else just wanted to THRASH my little homepage....DOH !!

Anyway...the maps look nice, and I am looking forward to seeing your TFC2,
(or what ever it is going to be....)

This map could be massivly impoved if the doorways didnt have that detail above them on what was a nice arch, the textures are really contrasting and need revising. I think the lighting needs to be toned down a bit aswell. Genrally the ideas are good but try to use more curves in your detail. I hope that was constructive.

aye the detail has gone already... and I agree light does need to be toned down

First of all, I just came in my pants. Your 2night1 is amazing. I love the choice of colors and ideas. Oh man!!! Good job!

I played q3f and am very used to its "2night3" and actually miss the map since it never made it over to etf (what took over q3f)


EDIT:

Because this map thread of 2night1 is a great find to me, I decided to actually read over this entire thread and maybe form a small contructive opinion of my own. And I did!

In this screenshot, I think the ramp looks a little too plain. Maybe spiffy up a little where and how it meets the ground and the shapes to the bordering. It just reminds me a little too much of the basicness in shapes of older engines.

yeah ramp is on my hit list to be changed got exams at the moment for uni so expect some work in a month or so's time
