Hl2.exe Remains Running After Exiting - Page 2

Strangely enough, I had this happen pretty often on 2.1, but I haven't experienced it yet in 2.2

This appears to be a steam issue and according to steam beta client news it has been fixed and will show up in an upcoming final steam client release in the near future.
