FF will not start

I double-click FF and it pops up the hourglass on my curser like it's going to open, but then nothing happens, and when I try to open it again it says only one instance of the game is running.

My system info is:

Try closing Steam, deleting ClientRegistry.blob in your Steam directory and restarting it again.
