ssg sound/model/operation

I like the sound of the ssg, though i guess the model is pretty origional to TFC (Basic).

My main conern is the sound.. is this sound the time it takes to fire one shot... if you replay the sound it seems preally slow..

I take it the cartridge intake bit is going to be cut... probably why the idea of having a magazine seen in some other concept drawings posted by a user not long back.

Might sound like a stupid question but was just wondering how it was going to all fit togther

Well I guess you can consider that sound you here in the model's page as a demo of some of the sounds made for the shotgun, they will not be played all at once. like the "cocking" of the shotgun and the actual firing sound as well as the loading of the gun. So don't worry about it.

I'm pretty sure it will hold the regular amount of 8 rounds and will have an awsome loading sound as shells are loaded in the cartrige chamber.

I hated most of the HL2 models. Not a single one of them (excluding the crowbar and rocket launcher) felt much like the original.

thanks - im an idiot - cant even realize that theres a second 's' in the front.

i read somewhere else that multiple sounds were bundled together so that answers my question. sounds were bundled together for both the ssg and the sg.

I love the reload sound effect for the shotteh in HL2. Kind of a hollow tube effect.

Stupid question: How do u make the sounds? Are u recording them or are u generating them using some kind of program?

I've heard they'll be standing next to someone firing a Gatling gun and recording it for the HW AC sound
