Heres the small story that leads to my wisdom: During my freshman year of college, i would have to walk to class and spend the day there. I often wouldnt feel like walking home for lunch and instead would bring a snack with me. I would often bring a banana. This system worked well until one day, i looked into my bag and noticed that the bottom of my calculus book had squashed the banana beneath is. The mushed up banana got all up inside each and every one of the pages of bottom of my book. The banana had liquefied, then dried, and acted as a sticky glue. I was unable to open many of the pages. It looked as though i had spilled an entire cup of coffee on the book, and each page was glued together with the sticky brown and yellow remnants of the dried banana. I was astonished at how well a banana, of all things, had caused such destruction to my property. I took away two things from this experience and hope to pass them on:

1."Beware the destructive power of the banana."
2."Dont carry bananas around all willy-nilly and assume everything will be alright."
