I found this a bit interesting.

PC World post about a unique accessory for FPS gamers. Called the 3rdSpace Gaming Vest, its goal is to translate in-game impacts into physical sensations.

Bit expensive, but MAN that'd be awesome.

that could actually be easily implemented in a DIY style. just wire an 8" subwoofer into your favorite old navy fleece
