Pre-made brush eh? If that's the case than it's just a one click thing, but if it's not, that is pretty awesome.

Well the blood splatter is sort of a pre-definded brush, but I had to add the diffrerent shades of red to make it look like blood, and the skull is hand drawn and cut out trough clever layering. So it wasn't just a "one click flick"

*edit* it's alsot a group of splat brushes plus a little splat-making of my own

You don't even have to make one yourself unless you want transparency and shit. You can easily import any jpeg from within a source game's menu.
