Not unless you chose to download it...

Even with p2p programs you would have to download it but with old school p2p programs there are so many small files floting around that n00bs would easily download a small file under 1 mb called NEW_XMAN_MOVIE.exe thinkin it's the real thing only to get all of his or her's files wiped clean.

With Torrents people expect large downloads and if files are corupted they are normaly removed from the tracker anyways...
